DON’T FORGET IT IS GOD WHO EXALTED YOU.

DONT FORGET IT IS GOD WHO EXALTED YOU.

Scripture Daniel 4:37

“Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just. **And those who walk in pride he is able to humble.”**

‭‭

We are prone to brag and lift our shoulders when we succeed in life. Continued success sometimes makes us feel like we are immune to misfortune and calamity. We become proud and despise others and even mock God sometimes. Then we assume wealth and riches is all that we need and not God. This is what Nebuchadnezzar did but God took away his splendor and glory and sent him into the wilderness to live like an animal. When his sanity was returned to him, he acknowledged that indeed God is great. He rules over the kingdoms of the earth and can choose to exalt or lower anyone as He wills. God truly gives grace to the humble but the proud He opposes. Shalom!

BEFRIEND GOD

BEFRIEND GOD IN 2019.

It is one thing to know about God and it is another thing to experience God. Having an awareness that God exist and reign supreme does not equate to having an encounter with Him. Jesus told the Samaritan woman “we know what we worship.” John 4:22. Know in the Greek here carrying the sense of perceiving accurately and having intimacy. Simply, we have a direct connection to Him that we worship. Our experience and knowledge of Him is of a personal knowing, not only what we have heard. Beloved, this year, it is not enough to know about God. You must strive to know Him intimately. You have heard people’s testimony of their experience with Him. This year, you must have your own testimony of Him. John said, “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched–this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.” (1John 1:1). May God draw us closer and cause us to have deeper intimacy and knowledge of Him. Shalom!

EXPERIENCING SPIRITUAL REALITIES.

EXPERIENCING SPIRITUAL REALITIES.

Knowledge by itself does not cause TRANSFORMATION. It is not enough to know but to apply or use the knowledge in order to experience the transformation. Receiving the REVELATION does not automatically ELEVATES you. The Bible say “so that, they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding; otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!”(Mark‬ ‭4:12‬)

They did see but could not perceive (accurately interpret) what they saw to their benefit neither did they understand what they heard. Very often we receive revelations and hear many things but being able to experience the practicality of these revelations is where fall short. We mostly stop at the revelation but don’t press on to make them a daily experience. I am praying for you and myself that this year we will not only walk in the dimensions of spiritual revelations but it’s realities and experience. Shalom!

NEXT LEVEL

FOR THE NEXT LEVEL.

Matthew 9:17(Amp)

“Neither is new wine put in old wineskins; for if it is, the skins burst and are torn in pieces, and the wine is spilled and the skins are ruined. But new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved.”

There is a level that God wants to bring you to but He cannot without VETTING you to make sure you qualify. To get to that new and higher dimension you must die of the old. Jesus gave an analogy that you don’t put new wine in old wineskins(bottle) because it cannot contain the fluid pressure that the new wine will generate. If God elevated you, your ego will swell so much your pride will lead to your downfall and disgrace. You have outgrown this level but God is looking to refine you and purge you for the next. Stop asking God to pour new wine( oil, anointing) into your old wineskin rather ask Him to help you shed the old and put on the new which will give you the capacity to hold the new wine. Shalom!

THIS WORLD WILL PASS AWAY

I had a dream yesterday morning(1/23/19). In my dream I saw the world melt and fold up in a matter of seconds. Before it happened, the people were separated into something like “Shute” and somehow you know you were going to survive the destruction or not. I saw the world rolling up as a carpet is being rolled but it was melting like wax as it rolled up. The speed at which it was happening scared me. I closed my eyes and before I realized the whole earth I knew had changed and it’s as if we had relocated to another place. There was no time to even ask of or looked for a loved one. All I saw was that I was talking to others who had survived. 2 Peter 3:10 is the scripture that came to mind and for the past 12 hours the experience has not left me.

HE’S BEEN THERE BEFORE.

HE’S BEEN THERE BEFORE

Hebrews 4:15(AMP)

“For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses and temptations, but One who has been tempted [knowing exactly how it feels to be human] in every respect as we are, yet without [committing any] sin.”

‭‭

Have you ever listened to someone share their struggle and you tell them, “I have been there.” You are able to relate because you’ve had a similar experience. Yesterday, I spoke to a friend and I felt like I understood his situation because I have had similar experience before and by God’s grace came through. I was telling him things will turn out well. This morning as I reflected, God drew my attention to the statement and told, “ I HAVE BEEN THERE.” God said He has been through our place of trial and point of desperation many times. The Lord knows what we are going through because He has been through it and have escorted/led so many people through similar situations and have worked things out for their good. He told, if I expect someone to believe my words of comfort that things will work out then I ought to believe Him even more because, HE’S BEEN THERE!

TRUE CHRISTIANITY

PRACTICING TRUE CHRISTIANITY

It baffles me how a “Christian” can wish evil on a fellow Christian and conclude that any misfortune that happens to that person is a punishment from God and be touting it like a success story the world must hear. I am not claiming to be super righteous here. I have been offended and hurt sometimes. There are times I withdraw from people physically but I have never wished for their downfall or any calamity upon them. Even, in times where I have been badly hurt and knew I had the upper hand of making a pronouncement that heaven will endorse I refrained from it. When I consider the grace of God, I feel obliged to extend that same grace to others and most especially a fellow Christian, regardless of whether you are green, blue, black or white. If you are a Christian who is constantly rejoicing in the downfall of other members of the same faith, check yourself for I can confidently say you don’t have the spirit of God in you. Take a clue from JESUS, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.” (Luke‬ ‭23:34‬a) And see how Stephen responded to his enemies stoning him, “And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.” (Acts‬ ‭7:60‬) Shalom!

LET GOD LEAD YOU

LET GOD LEAD YOU

“Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The Bible says, “the heart of a plan his ways but it is the Lord that directs his steps(Proverbs 16:9). Beloved, in this new year when you make plans involve God in it. Ask Him for wisdom to make the right choices. Seek His counsel and will concerning decisions concerning every aspect of your life. He has promised to direct our steps and give us peace. I can assure you that, He(God) who knows the end from the beginning will never lead you down the wrong path. And if He is leading you then know that you will arrive safely even if you encounter difficulties. Shalom!

GOD ALLOWED IT FOR OUR BENEFIT.

GOD ALLOWED IT FOR OUR BENEFIT

Scripture: Romans 8:28

In the predetermined counsel of God all and everything that has happened, is happening now or will happen will together work in our lives to bring to pass or fulfill the plans of God concerning us. This is the revelation Paul caught so he said, Therefore we know(with assurance and outmost certainty ) that everything that happens to a man or woman who loves God and has be called according to the will of God works for his good or advantage. What an assurance that our lives and the occurrences are not accidents and nothing can destroy us.
